All the types of counselling we do, can be to some extent done via email. This is especially in case where the person is anxious and would not like to reveal identity. The response will be given within 24 to 48 hours. We assure you that your emails will be maintained in maximum confidentiality and only your email counsellor will access your mails and respond to you. We also assure you that all your emails will be deleted once the sessions are over. This method of counselling is not advised if the situation is very difficult and would require face to face one on one counselling sessions.
