Eph 5:21-33
The husband is to reflect Christ in all that he does.
He must do as Christ did – serve, love, nourish and cherish his wife.
The Husband must be the head and submit to Christ, in the same way that Christ submitted to God and the wife is to submit to her husband.
The Husband shouldn’t dominate or misuse his authority.
He must use his authority to serve as Christ did and set an example for his wife and children.
Phillipians 2: 8,9,10
Christ humbled Himself and was obedient , even to the point of death.
Therefore, God exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name.
At His name every knee will how and tongue confess that He is Lord.
Jesus has given husbands the best example of humility and servant leadership.
Husbands need to follow Christ as their role model.
